Exterior professionally landscaped front area that also has front concrete driveway, parking for one car, and an EV level 2 charging outlet. The concrete circular patio has a round picnic table. The beautiful front door and sidelights are complimented by two yellow hibiscus bushes. An automatic exterior watering system has been installed to ensure low maintenance. The concrete private back patio is also landscaped around the perimeter with wax leaf privit bushes and a covered patio area. This is the front house of a two home lot.
