LIVING AREA Take in lovely views of Puget Sound from the welcoming living area, furnished with a hide-a-bed sofa and a smart TV. KITCHEN & DINING The well-equipped kitchen is appointed with all you need to whip up delectable dishes. When its time to dine, the table accommodates up to four for meals. BED & BATH Rest soundly on the queen bed in the bedroom, also fitted with a smart TV. The bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES The tranquil outdoor oasis provides covered alfresco dining, a hammock, and incredible Puget Sound views. EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS This suite is also equipped with a desk. The suite also has central air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedroom, for nice and cool days during the summer. Central heating and baseboard heating in the winter. There is also (free) use of a laundry room, complete with a washer and dryer. This is on the garden level of a duplex house; the upstairs unit may be occupied during your stay. Between the 2 units, there are no shared spaces, other than a completely separate shared laundry room (downstairs), the pathway from the street, and the landscaped garden/yard area. The downstairs furnished back deck is private to your unit. Pet friendly. Available for 9-12+ month stays, $42 screening fee per adult applicant.
