There are several grocery stores very close to the house including a Sprouts, King Soopers, and Natural Grocers. The area has many walking trails nearby. The proximity to 36 and other major roads makes this a great place for anyone looking to commute, Boulder /CU is 20 minutes away and Denver is about 30 minutes and Good Sam. hospital is a 5 minute drive.
