You must have renter's insurance with the Property listed on the Policy so that any changes to the Policy notifies the Property.  Your gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the rent amount.  Every person 18 and older will have to fill out an application and be subject to credit, eviction, and background checks at their expense (you will be emailed a link to complete, approximately $40 per person) and meet all qualifications.  Any prior eviction in the past 7 years is an automatic disqualification.  Credit score minimum is 680. Lower will be considered for a higher security deposit depending on past two years of credit history and payment history.  Tenant pays all utilities including lawn care and snow removal.  **********************************
