The main floor includes two bedrooms, two full baths (one with a bathtub) and an open kitchen and living room with a working fireplace. Washer and dryer are also on the main floor. A finished basement could become a home office, TV area, etc... In addition to baseboard heating throughout the home, the finished basement also has a pellet stove that provides warmth all winter. The house can accommodate window AC units. There is ample storage space throughout the home, including a storage and workroom off the garage with an extra refrigerator and freezer. This is a true, full home. The home sits in a rural residential neighborhood that is a 10 min-drive to downtown Hudson, NY and its lively restaurants, shops and Amtrak station. It's also close to all that the region has to offer; hiking, farm stands, skiing and art. Renovations include brand new windowed garage doors, bamboo wood flooring, paint, driveway and landscaping. Tenant covers electricity, heat, snow removal, internet, and garbage service. Owner provides lawnmowing and some garden maintenance. No pets. We are looking for a respectful tenant who will enjoy this quiet setting and is into the idea of caring for a home.
