  Unit Description

  Cute and spacious one bedroom ground floor apartment with a private entrance and front porch area. This unit has a large living room area and kitchen, one large bedroom and an attached bathroom with a shower (no bathtub). The apartment has baseboard heaters and window air conditioning (one is provided). Water, sewer and garbage is included in the rent and the tenant covers the electric. This apartment is one of 4 in this house and has on street parking directly in front of the unit as well as an off street shared parking area behind the home. We do allow pets with no breed or size restrictions with a monthly pet fee. We do require a background and credit check with the application, but we do start with free pre-screening questions and have you come see the apartment in person before applying. We cannot accept any applicants with an eviction on their record in the past 3 years. We can work with an eviction in the past 5 years, but there will need to be an increased security deposit. We cannot accept any applicants with violent felony or sexually based charges. We do require 3X the monthly rent in gross income to be approved. We do accept section 8.
