Co-signers not accepted * Debt to rent ratio no greater than 40% * Renter's Insurance at $100,000 or more with property manager listed as "additional interest" * Seattle specific application, screening and rental lease used. Reusable/portable screening reports not accepted. Information provided upon request prior to viewing if you like. * NON SMOKING UNIT.
