Complimentary starter items to kickstart your stay like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels and seasonings are provided. These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival, however, they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience. Parking is available for one vehicle for $39 per night. Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability. No smoking or vaping of anything inside the unit, balconies or on building premises. Chicago law also prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any building entrance. Failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. This a quiet and upscale residential building. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. Our neighbors are very sensitive and they will report loud noise. No events or parties are allowed during your stay in this unit or in the building. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy.
