This apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, flat-screen TV with cable, high-speed internet, ample square footage, stainless steel appliances, spacious walk-in closets, individually controlled heat and air, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in bathrooms, hair dryer, and iron/ironing board. Complimentary starter items to kickstart your stay like shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, cooking oil, paper towels and seasonings are provided. These items are thoughtfully provided to ensure you have everything you need upon arrival, however, they are starter supplies and may not be replenished during your stay. If you require additional supplies beyond the initial offering, we recommend local stores or delivery services for your convenience. Parking is available for one vehicle for $39 per night. Daily housekeeping isn’t included, though it can be arranged for an additional fee. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for $89 per service, depending on availability. Package delivery availability may vary by building. This building is located in one of Baltimore's most sought-after neighborhoods. The Inner Harbor is a bustling and vibrant area with plenty of attractions and amenities to keep visitors entertained. For history buffs, the Inner Harbor offers a glimpse into Baltimore's rich maritime past. The area is home to several historic ships and museums, including the USS Constellation and the National Aquarium, which houses thousands of aquatic animals from around the world. Visitors can also take a stroll along the waterfront promenade, where they can enjoy stunning views of the harbor and watch the boats go by. Foodies will appreciate the Inner Harbor's diverse dining scene, which offers everything from fresh seafood to international cuisine. The Inner Harbor is also a shopper's paradise, with plenty of retail options to suit every taste and budget. The nearby Harborplace shopping center offers a mix of high-end and boutique shops, while the nearby Cross Street Market is a great spot to pick up local goods and souvenirs. Transit Stop is 1 minute away, Starbucks is 6 minutes away, The Water Street Tavern is 4 minutes away and National Aquarium is 11 minutes away. This building is 100% non-smoking. No smoking or vaping of anything inside the unit, balconies or on building premises. Chicago law also prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any building entrance. Failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. This a quiet and upscale residential building. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily. Our neighbors are very sensitive and they will report loud noise. No events or parties are allowed during your stay in this unit or in the building. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property. Failure to check-out at the agreed time causes considerable disruption in cleaning and guest arrival schedules. In this case you will be charged for the cost of the disruption to the schedules, minimum of $500. Building maintenance staff may occasionally need access, but we’ll always provide advance notice whenever possible. Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. While we strive to offer a peaceful experience, be aware that city or building maintenance, construction, or temporary water/elevator servicing may occasionally occur. These events are outside our control and do not qualify for compensation. Do not enter the building until you have completed verification and we have confirmed your booking or you will be denied entry. If you are a guest in Long Beach or Chicago, we ask that you do not announce your booking to building staff or residents, and do not make direct requests of building staff or doormen. In particular, do not approach them to check-in. Unless otherwise specified by our reservations team, you will be met upon arrival by your Guest Relations Manager, who will get you settled in and will be your point of contact during your stay.
