Date changes that shorten or move a reservation follow the standard cancellation policy. This building is 100% non-smoking, and failure to comply will incur a $500 fine. No events or parties are allowed during your stay in this unit or in the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no guests not in the reservation are allowed in the apartment or the building, and failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed at the property.
