Large cockroaches
July 27, 2022Seen about 9 large almost 1 1/2 in cockroaches. After I called the exterminator it seemed to have subside. SLOW responses from management company. Laundry room on site is always trashed and isn't usable. Appears that someone keeps breaking in or secretly lives there. I experienced a sewage flood in unit and wasn't accommodated for it. Not a good living experience at all. The nice thing is the bathroom design and the high ceilings.Property Manager Responded

No roaches or rats - luxe bathroom, safe building code
April 13, 2022I honestly loveeee my apartment! The finishings are luxe as promised and there's a free laundry room in the basement which is very clean. Did have some hiccups with the initial move in process but everything was ironed out.Review from Apartments.com
