The living room includes a full-sized pull-out couch and a Smart TV. A dining space with a large dining table and a washer/dryer closet are also on this floor. The second floor has Bedroom 2 with a king bed and Bedroom 3 with two twin beds. A second living room with a full-sized pull-out sofa, a second eating space, and Smart TVs are also on this floor. Enjoy sunset views from the balcony with additional eating space. Downstairs, you'll find lounge chairs and an eating area. Enjoy the private, heated pool and a covered patio with a large eating area. A gas grill is also available. Beach gear, including a wagon, chairs, and umbrella, along with beach towels, are provided. Pets are allowed with an additional $75 pet fee per pet, with dogs permitted under certain conditions and all animals requiring disclosure and approval prior to arrival. Cats are not accepted, and there is a weight limit of 50lbs max for one or two dogs combined. Dangerous breeds are not allowed. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. This home is situated directly across the street from the beach and is a short walk to Bridge Street, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed, and events are not permitted. There is a 3-car maximum for parking, with no overnight parking available for additional vehicles. Guests must be 25 years of age or older to book and occupy the property unless accompanied by someone over 25. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Guests must leave at check-out time, and cleaners should not be sent away. No more than 8 occupants are allowed. Lost keys will incur a $150 fee and possible lock change fee. Children should not be in or around the pool unsupervised, and no diving is allowed.
