Failure to do so will result in a cancellation by the Guests. If the number of guests listed on the reservation exceeds the maximum occupancy, it will result in a fine equivalent to the full deposit amount. Additional cleaning fees may apply if extra cleaning is required, at a cost of $100 per hour. For stays longer than four weeks, a mandatory cleaning service is required every two weeks. Failure to comply with the mandatory cleaning service may result in termination of the stay without a refund. Any lost or missing keys, fobs, parking cards, or electronic devices will result in an immediate fee of $150 each to replace.
