A car is not needed, as the apartment is within walking distance of Midtown where you'll find local bars. Lyft/Uber to Broadway (Downtown Nashville) and the famous Honky Tonks are only $5-7 one-way. All properties are smoke-free environments, and smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the apartments, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. There is a $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed (40lbs combined), excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs [or similar breeds]. An additional pet fee of $100-300 will be collected separately based on stay length. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal, and the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (with a $75/hr late fee). No weapons or drugs are allowed, and police will be called for violating this rule.
