Any violation will result in an immediate fine of $500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am, and guests are asked to be considerate of neighbors. Non-registered occupants will be asked to vacate the property. Transient visitors are allowed under the condition to comply with the maximum occupancy limit and leave the premises at 10 pm.
