You will have access to your studio suite, shared carport, shared laundry shed, and shared back decks overlooking the canyon. This comfortable space features a queen bed, a smart TV, and a heated bathroom floor. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need for quick meals. Enjoy shared multiple decks with outdoor dining, lounge furniture, an outdoor propane grill, a hot tub, and a stunning canyon view. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. No unplugging, tampering, or covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc., as fees will apply. Pets must be declared, and undeclared pets (including ESAs) will incur a $200 fee per pet. Please do not disturb the upstairs guests at the main entrance, as it is a separate listing.
