It's an 8-minute drive to the Cherry Creek Shopping District and a 10-minute drive to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi. Red Rocks is 30 minutes away, and ski resorts are 1 hour and 30 minutes away. It's also conveniently located near several hospitals, including St. Joseph (1 mile), Presbyterian St. Luke’s (1.5 miles), National Jewish (2 miles), Rose (3 miles), and Children's Hospital Colorado Anschutz (8 miles). Check-out time is 10 AM. Failure to check out on time will incur a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes. This is a dog-friendly property with a strict no-cats policy. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month. Any pets staying in the unit must be included in the reservation. Damage or excessive cleaning charges due to pets will be charged to the guest.
