A maximum of 4 guests is allowed, and violations will result in a canceled stay and non-refund. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM. A $60 initial late fee applies for guests who do not check out by 11 AM, with an additional $30 per hour thereafter. No parties or events are allowed, and guests must notify the host of any issues within 2 hours of check-in.
