The neighborhood offers easy access to Brock University (5-minute drive), Welland Canals Parkway trails, Mel Swart Lake Gibson Park, and Short Hills Provincial Park (20-minute drive). Public transit is readily available with nearby bus stops and routes connecting to the Pen Centre and Thorold Towpath Terminal. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. For the comfort and safety of all guests, the property is equipped with a noise and smoking monitoring device that tracks sound levels and air quality for smoking or vaping activity. There is one camera positioned at the front entrance of the exterior that records image & sound 24/7. Quiet outdoor hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and no outdoor music is allowed after 10:00 PM. Noise complaints may result in a non-refundable cancellation of your booking and a fine up to $1000. Parties are not allowed as this is a family neighborhood. Violations of the no-smoking or no-parties policy will result in a $1000 fine respectively. Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for stays of one week or longer at the beginning of the stay, and guests will be responsible for replenishing them thereafter. In extreme winter temperatures (-20C or below), the hot tub may lose heat. Guests may need to visit a gas station 10 minutes away if the propane runs out.
