No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited within the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Please remove shoes indoors when possible. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, a $500 refundable security deposit is required.
