Conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown, this property offers easy access to Dallas' prime attractions. This vacation home provides all the amenities of home while being minutes from Dallas' prime attractions. With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, there's ample space to accommodate large groups of up to 15 guests. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring a unique herringbone backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a practical kitchen island, offers the best of functionality and charm. The open-concept dining room and living room, with lofted ceilings and beautiful furnishings, create an intimate and comfortable space for relaxation. Free parking is available on the premises. We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29 fee per night for each additional guest. Experience the best of Dallas, a bustling cosmopolitan known for its sports, history, BBQ, and frozen margaritas. From spectacular museums and performing arts venues in the Arts District to the buzzing nightlife of live music and lively bars, there's something for everyone. Notable attractions include The Sixth Floor Museum at Dealey Plaza, Reunion Tower, Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Deep Ellum, and Dallas Arboretum Botanical Gardens, all within a short drive. Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. No parties or events are allowed. Small low-key gatherings are allowed only upon request and approval in advance. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances. The fireplace is gas-operated and should not be left unattended. Self-check-in is available, with detailed instructions provided one day before arrival. Early check-in and late check-out options are available for a small additional fee, subject to availability. Includes high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, and a washer/dryer. A laptop computer is not included.
