If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. This centrally located townhome is a 1-minute walk to the ski lifts, 10 minutes from Brighton Resort, and 35 minutes from Salt Lake City International Airport. Enjoy walking distance to lifts, restaurants, and shops. Smoking or vaping is not allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises.
