The historic Round Room, built in 1938, offers dining for 18, lounge seating around the Smart TV, and a cozy wood-burning stove. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with dual ovens, dishwashers, wine fridges, a dedicated under-counter ice maker, and an expansive island with bar seating for 6. Optional pairing with the adjacent property, The Addition, provides an additional 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, offering even more space and convenience for larger groups without compromising intimacy or style. We can accommodate up to 26 guests, and additional guest fees apply over 14 guests. We are dog-friendly, allowing up to five dogs with additional fees. A two-night minimum stay is required, with a three-night minimum for observed holidays. Licensee must be at least 30 years of age. No high school, college, after-prom party, or any other underage groups allowed. No bachelor or similar groups permitted. Excessive cleaning, if required, is billed at $35 per hour. Repairs due to damages are $45 per hour. If anything becomes ruined or missing, you will be charged accordingly. No illegal, dangerous, or non-family oriented activities or items are permitted. No commercial or retail entities or third-party service providers are allowed. No smoking inside or anywhere within 15 feet of any open door or window, with a $1,000 fine. Only four cars are allowed at any point in time. Overflow parking is 2 miles away. Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9 PM to 9 AM. Parties, events, lack of decorum, and disruptive noise will not be tolerated. Tampering with monitoring devices is strictly prohibited and will result in a $350 fine. Outside music is not permitted anytime. Includes a whole-house Nuvo Grande Concerto sound system with app control and Smart TVs with Roku and Xfinity streaming in almost every room.
