It also offers easy access to major highways and COTA lines. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Parties, small gatherings, or events are not allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional unregistered guests are allowed. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge.
