Parking is available on the premises, and instructions will be given at check-in. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals for a fee of $20 per pet per night. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. This centrally located apartment provides easy access to lovely sights and memorable scenes that Tempe offers. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are cameras above the door and noise monitors installed in the unit that measure the noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning.
