Sunlit and spacious, the heart of the home is a well-equipped kitchen with an oversized island overlooking a large pool and landscaped grounds. Sandpoint offers a serene 20x40 gunite pool, making it an unparalleled tranquil retreat on Shelter Island. The heated pool will be guest ready starting May 19, 2025. The home is thoughtfully designed with professionally curated furnishings and access to premium amenities. The well-equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee maker, and the living spaces are adorned with luxury linens and premium Malin & Goetz bath products. Relax with a smart TV featuring Roku for Netflix and Hulu. If you would like the pool heated during your stay, there is an additional fee of $75, covering 8 hours of pool heating scheduled during the daytime. Family-friendly amenities like a Pack ’n Play, baby gate, and high chair are available upon request for an additional fee. Nestled between the North and South Forks, Shelter Island is a tiny island accessed only by ferry from either Greenport on the North Fork or North Haven on the South Fork. Known for its natural beauty, the island offers hiking, biking, bird-watching, and some of the most breathtaking kayaking in Suffolk County. The entire island is approximately 27 square miles. The entire property, including the main house, guest house, and pool house, is exclusively accessible to guests. Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in an odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property. Pets are not allowed at this property. You will either be personally greeted by a team member or provided with self check-in instructions. Our concierge team is available to assist you with additional cleanings, maintenance, or local recommendations. Details will be provided upon confirmation of your stay. The property is remote work-friendly with high-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace featuring an ergonomic chair.
