A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance for violations, meaning police will be called. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day.
