The home is in a gated community that is situated within walking distance of the beautiful beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Many restaurants are a short walk away. For breakfast, stop by Corey's Deli and Bagels; for lunch and dinner, select from a wide variety of foods, such as seafood, steak, Italian, subs, and Mexican. Cars are not necessary in this area; however, they are a plus unless you choose to get around with an Uber or Lyft, as most restaurants and the beach are within walking distance. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests must follow all local, state, and federal laws at all times. Be respectful of neighbors.
