There is a $170 re-keying fee for unreturned keys. Units found with unreasonable amounts of waste, in complete disorder, and/or “trashed” will be subject to an additional $200 cleaning fee, or actual cost to clean, whichever is higher. If security / fire department / police fees or other costs arising out of or in connection with your behavior at the property are incurred, then you will be billed the cost.
