Guests are required to run dishes through the dishwasher and put them away, pile towels in the bathrooms, leave bed sheets and pillows on beds, discard all food from the refrigerator/freezer and cabinets, discard all trash in the outside receptacle, turn off all lights and appliances, and set the A/C to 74 degrees.
