Conveniently located just a quarter-mile from downtown Surfside Beach and 1.5 miles from the pier, this property is situated on a golf cart-legal road. Downtown offers delicious eateries and nightlife, while the pier area provides additional dining, ice cream shops, retail, and public beach access with golf cart parking. Grocery stores, including Piggly Wiggly, are within a 10-minute drive and reachable by golf cart. The villa is also a 15-minute drive from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Quiet hours are observed between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not allowed. Check-in time is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 people, including infants and children. House rules include running dishes through the dishwasher, piling towels in bathrooms, leaving bed sheets on beds, discarding all food from the refrigerator and cabinets, disposing of all trash in outside receptacles, turning off all lights and appliances, setting the A/C to 74 degrees, and closing and locking all doors and windows.
