Grocery stores are within a 10-minute drive, with Piggly Wiggly less than 1/4 mile away and accessible by golf cart. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Guests are required to run dishes through the dishwasher and put them away, pile towels in the bathrooms, leave bed sheets and pillows on beds, discard all food from the refrigerator/freezer and cabinets, discard all trash in the outside receptacle, turn off all lights and appliances, and set the A/C to 74 degrees. All doors and windows must be closed and locked upon departure. The code for entry will be provided 48 hours before check-in.
