Getting around Leslieville is easy, especially with all there is to see walking along Queen Street East. The area is well served by the public transit system, which operates bus or streetcar routes on Carlaw, Jones, Greenwood, Coxwell, and Eastern Avenues, as well as Queen and Gerrard Streets, and can get you downtown in a few minutes. Most of these bus routes connect to stations on the Bloor-Danforth subway line. Drivers will find the area very accessible with Lake Shore Boulevard, the Gardiner Expressway, and the Don Valley Parkway only a few minutes away. The property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150. Please check-out on time as late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine.
