Amplified music is strictly forbidden at all hours without advance written consent. Smoking anything indoors, including tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or hookah, is not allowed. Violating these rules may result in reservation termination without refund. Dishonest or abusive behavior, including yelling at, screaming at, swearing at, or menacing team members, will result in termination without refund. The property retains complete control and reserves the right to terminate any reservation for any reason without refund if there is any belief that the guest intends to harm people or property, disturb neighbors, or harm the property's reputation. If there is any reason to believe the guest intends to throw a party, they will be denied entry. Cleanup of human biomaterial will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee.
