Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, blends suburban residential streets with urban charm. A short drive separates you from exploring the Florida Aquarium, dining at famous restaurants, and enjoying riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
