It is situated close to Fernie Alpine Resort, a popular destination for winter sports and summer activities like mountain biking and hiking. The complex is a short drive from Fernie town, offering dining, shops, and cultural attractions. The area is known for its stunning natural beauty, with opportunities for hiking, fly-fishing, and golfing. Quiet time is observed from 11 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for complaints. Smoking is not permitted in the unit, property, or on decks, balconies, or courtyards. No pets are allowed. No parties are permitted. Sports equipment is not allowed inside the unit, and large sporting equipment may not be stored in the unit unless otherwise agreed. Fines and/or eviction may occur for broken building rules. For guests staying for work, do not track mud, coal, or work-related mess into the building or unit, and do not bring work materials or supplies. A minimum of $50/hr will be charged if carpets are found to be coal/dirt stained and require steam cleaning. No laundering of 'coal' work clothes is allowed in the unit's washing or drying machines. A minimum surcharge of $150 per bedroom will be applied if laundry is stained beyond recovery and/or the unit is found excessively dirty.
