The laundry room is shared with separate access next to the unit and is available during daytime hours. Shared parking is available, with one space reserved for the Sandpiper Cottage. Located just minutes from the Vilano Fishing Pier, public beach access, and popular restaurants, this apartment is ideally situated. It's a short 5-8 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine, offering easy access to the city's attractions. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor from their original positions. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour.
