Enjoy the sandy Atlantic shoreline and the casual beach grills and pizza places surrounding the pier. Downtown St. Augustine is a quick 5-8 minute drive away. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Failure to update the number of guests may result in additional fees. Parties are not allowed, and this home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering.
