For your convenience, beach supplies such as a wagon, chairs, and toys are provided. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off after a day at the beach, and an electric fireplace creates a cozy ambiance for indoor evenings. Shared amenities include bikes and beach supplies, available on a first-come, first-serve basis. A shared laundry room with separate access is available for use during daytime hours. One parking space is reserved for the Turtle Hideaway. Located in the quiet coastal community of Vilano Beach, this apartment is a short walk to Porpoise Point public beach and the Vilano Beach Fishing Pier. Enjoy the sandy Atlantic shoreline and the casual beach grills and pizza places surrounding the pier. Downtown St. Augustine is a quick 5-8 minute drive away. Quiet hours are observed between 9 PM and 8 AM. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. Failure to update the number of guests may result in additional fees. Parties are not allowed, and this home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. A security camera is installed at the front door. Do not move furniture, appliances, or decor. No pets are allowed on the property at any time.
