The three living rooms include billiards, mini basketball, a movie sofa, an amazing library, 10+ board games and activity games, a sofa bed, an extra-large sectional sofa, and a smart TV with Netflix. There is also access to a patio with furniture, a backyard, and a BBQ grill. Optional upgrades include a National Park entry, a welcome basket, a birthday decor package, a romantic wine and flower package, a spa at home package, a movie night upgrade, a Christmas tree and decor, a Halloween decor and pumpkin carving package, a winter cozy package, a beer tasting kit, a diffuser and aroma set, additional bedding and sleeping arrangements, a grocery pre-stocking service, and a pet-friendly package. You're provided with 2-car garage parking and 2-car driveway parking. Free street parking can be found all over the area. This centrally located home is 5 minutes to McDonald's, Stoney Trail, and No Frills, 10 minutes to Costco, T&T, and H-Mart, 12 minutes to Calgary International Airport, 15 minutes to Nose Hill Park, 20 minutes to Downtown Calgary, the Calgary Zoo, Prince’s Island Park, TELUS Spark Science Centre, SAIT, the University of Calgary, and WinSport. It also has quick access to major highways, being just 5 minutes to Stoney Trail and the Trans-Canada Highway, making road trips to Banff, Kananaskis, and Canmore a breeze. A $250 CAD fine will be charged if smoking occurs with the migration of smoke or smell of smoke from the unit. No shoes are allowed inside. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and guests should be mindful of neighbors and basement tenants. There is a strict complaint policy: one complaint is a warning, and the second complaint is an eviction. Keep noise under 85db, as there is a noise detector. The hot tub is a seasonal amenity and may not be available year-round. It is typically not available during January, February, and March, unless requested at the time of booking.
