The private full bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths. Only one parking spot is included. Additional parking may be available in nearby garages or on the street. Nestled in the heart of Scottsdale, this apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and you must inform us in advance about bringing a pet. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 nights: additional $200, 30+ nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day. If there are noise complaints or any violation of this rule, it may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. If there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. You may be charged extra for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $500 fee. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If you are bringing a pet(s), please let us know beforehand for the fees, otherwise there will be a fine of $500 if discovered. There are noise monitors installed in our units that measure the noise levels in decibels, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. [SI]
