Each apartment provides a kitchen with a refrigerator, an oven, a stovetop, and a microwave. This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, a smart TV with streaming apps installed, complimentary coffee, pool access where allowed by season and weather, typically Memorial Day to Labor Day, fitness center access, and lounge access. Self-service garage parking is available in the building next door for $17 per day or approximately $125 per month. Pets are allowed with a maximum of two pets weighing a combined 40 lbs, excluding Pit Bulls, Bull Mastiffs, and similar breeds. An additional pet fee is based on the length of stay and is collected separately. Emotional Support Animals may incur a pet fee and their presence can be declined from stays. Ideally located within walking distance to shopping, dining, and entertainment options such as the Renaissance Tower, Majestic Theater, Dallas Museum of Art, Dallas World Aquarium, Flying Horse Cafe, The French Room, Frankie's Downtown, and Dallas Chop House. Located in Dallas's Main Street District neighborhood, this apartment is easily accessible to most attractions by walking. Uber and Lyft ridesharing is also a low-cost option to get around. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest per stay is provided. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. There is a minimum age requirement of 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, with zero tolerance meaning police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. Guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or may choose a $35 non-refundable damage waiver. Optional services like mid-stay cleanings, early check-in, and late checkout are available for additional fees. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code. You’ll receive your code before arrival for hassle-free and secure entry, anytime after check-in time.
