All guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals, which is released 3-5 days post check-out, or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 8 AM, and the home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM, with a $75 per hour late fee. Long-term stays (30 days or more) will be subject to a background search and credit check. The minimum age requirement for the primary person booking is 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed, and there is zero tolerance, meaning police will be called for violating this rule. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, allowing you to check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
