No underage drinking, drugs, marijuana (medical or recreational), or vaping. Security cameras are in use outside for protection. TV is for streaming with your own login, no network channels. Respect the residential area and noise ordinance between 10 PM and 8 AM. Violations may result in police visits and immediate eviction.
