Enjoy resort-style amenities including a heated outdoor pool, relaxing hot tubs, and a fitness centre. Heated underground parking is included, complete with a convenient on-site car wash. A complimentary Parks Canada Pass is provided for exploring Banff, Lake Louise & beyond. Located just a short distance from Downtown Canmore, this condo offers quick access to the vibrant cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and year-round mountain adventures. Explore the Canmore Nordic Centre, take a stroll downtown, or venture into Banff National Park just 20 minutes away. The town is car-friendly with easy access to the Trans-Canada Highway (Hwy 1) and scenic routes to Banff, Lake Louise, and Kananaskis. Roam Transit connects Canmore, Banff, and surrounding areas. The home is just a 5–10 minute walk from downtown Canmore, with trails, parks, cafés, and restaurants all within easy reach. Please observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. A $500 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized events or parties on the property at any time. Pets are not permitted in the home. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if there is evidence of any unauthorized pets in the property and may increase to cover additional cleaning or damages. Strictly no smoking, vaping, or illegal substances inside the property. Violations incur a minimum $400 fee, with additional cleaning charges if damage or lingering odours are found.
