Each unit features a fully equipped kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a cozy living area with a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed. Every detail is crafted for your comfort. Onsite parking is available for $10 per night per vehicle. Tucked beneath a canopy of swaying palms and banyan trees, Coconut Grove offers a laid-back, bohemian vibe unlike anywhere else in Miami. In this charming neighborhood, breezy cafés, local boutiques, and lush parks set the tone for a slower, more soulful kind of stay. From morning walks along the marina to sunset dinners under twinkle-lit terraces, every moment here feels effortlessly vibrant. CocoWalk, Vizcaya Museum & Gardens, Kennedy Park, Peacock Park, Bayshore Landing Marina, and Downtown Coral Gables are nearby. All properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM (a $75/hr late fee applies). There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests are allowed without permission. One towel per guest is provided per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee may be charged for guests traveling with an emotional support animal. Additionally, the presence of emotional support animals can be declined from stays or Experiences. To abide by all legal requirements and HOA rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Failure to provide these documents will result in a cancellation and denied entry. The information is collected for verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions, acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in, and acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking. The minimum age requirement of the primary person booking should be 22 years old for out-of-town guests and 25 years old for local guests. No weapons or drugs are allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at any time during the stay and must observe quiet hours from 9 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests (30 days+) will be subject to a background search and credit check. All guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. The unit is equipped with a smart lock, so you can check in and out with ease using a personalized access code.
