Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 6 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Standard check-in time is 4 PM and check-out time is 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, there is a right to charge you $100 per missing item. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund.
