An 8-minute scenic drive, covering a distance of 3 miles via the causeway, will lead you to South Beach. A leisurely stroll down Lincoln Road Mall, a 10-block stretch at the heart of South Beach, will indulge your shopping and dining desires. The Grand is conveniently situated a mere 5 minutes away from Wynwood, Miami's coolest and trendiest neighborhood. Brickell City Center, a premier shopping and dining destination, is a short 2 miles south of The Grand. Heading 2 miles north of The Grand, you'll encounter the Design District. Just a few blocks south of The Grand, you'll find the conveniently located Arsht Center and Kaseya Center. Downtown Miami, where The Grand is situated, is replete with nightclubs, all within a few blocks' reach. The building is currently undergoing renovations that includes the main lobby, pool, and pool deck, and other areas. Construction may cause moderate noise during daytime hours Monday through Friday 9am-4pm. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Check-in is strictly between 4 PM and 10 PM, and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. Visitors are only permitted for reservations of 28 days or longer.
