Well-trained pets are welcome with a fee of $50 per pet per night, which has already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation. Tucked on a quiet street in this historic neighborhood, you’ll enjoy the perfect mix of city convenience and peaceful privacy. Walk to Seattle’s best cafes, shops and landmarks. It's a 5–8 minute walk to Seattle Center and Climate Pledge Arena, where you can catch a concert, ice hockey game or basketball game. It's a 10-15 minute walk to Seattle Children’s Museum, Space Needle, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and Seattle’s iconic viewpoint -- Kerry Park. It's an 8–10 minute drive to Pike Place Market, Amazon Spheres, Downtown Seattle, Seattle Waterfront & Capitol Hill. It's a 5 - 10 minute drive to the Cruise Terminal and King Street Station. SeaTac airport is a 22 - 25 minute drive away. Strictly no parties and events are allowed, and quiet hours are between 10pm-8am. There is no smoking or vaping of any kind allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas, and no digital piracy or shoes allowed in the home. There is a $500 fine per violation.
