This property is composed of 9 distinct units, along with a lobby, spread across three buildings. The complex is securely enclosed behind an iron entry gate, and each guest is provided with a personalized access code. Every unit boasts its own private exterior door entrance with keypad entry and daily access to the shared Lagniappe Lobby. Free street parking is available nearby. Please do not park too close to intersections or crosswalks, as this may result in a ticket or towing. Just steps from the N Rampart & Esplanade Streetcar stop, this apartment is a two-block walk to the French Quarter, a four-block walk to Frenchmen Street, and offers direct access down Esplanade to the Fair Grounds. It is also within blocks of many Spring Festivals and all Mardi Gras has to offer. This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke on the property, inside or outside, you will be charged a $250 cleaning fee and any damages incurred. Pets are not allowed on the property. If you are found to have brought a pet you will be charged a $250-$500 cleaning fee and will be asked to leave. The minimum age required to make a reservation is 21.
