October 14, 2025If you are big on maintenance, I suggest you by pass Cortland North Dallas, the maintenance sucks and you get no help from management. I had an issue when I moved in and the manager was aware, I had to fix the issue myself. The lack of communication is awful. I wish I had not signed a lease until November 2026. I would be gone. The best part is I am very close to my job and I like the assigned parking. The apartment is live-able.Review from Apartments.com

September 30, 2025Ive been living at Cortland North Dallas for 2 years now. It has been the best apartment I've lived at. The staff is amazing and always ready to help. The maintenance workers are fast and professional when it comes to fixing stuff around the apartment.
